Discord Community Support Manager

We’re looking for an active and dependable Discord Moderator to help manage the community, support our members, and keep conversations productive and respectful. Full Time - 8 hours a day. Please let me know which Time Frames you prefer. This role is ideal for someone who understands the retail automation space, communicates professionally, and can confidently step in when discussions become disruptive or unproductive. Responsibilities - Actively monitor our public Discord channels - Answer common questions and guide users toward the correct resources - Help users troubleshoot basic setup issues - Redirect technical issues to the appropriate support channel or staff member - Enforce community rules consistently and fairly - Address excessive negativity, misinformation, harassment, spam, and disrespectful behavior - De-escalate arguments before they disrupt the community - Document recurring questions, complaints, and user difficulties - Escalate serious incidents or product issues to management - Help maintain a welcoming and helpful environment for new and existing members What We’re Looking For - Previous Discord moderation, community management, or customer-support experience - Strong written communication skills - Calm and professional under pressure - Able to be firm without becoming argumentative - Good judgment when issuing warnings, mutes, or other moderation actions - Comfortable assisting frustrated users - Reliable and consistently active during assigned hours - Willingness to learn Stellar’s supported retailers, features, and troubleshooting resources Schedule and Compensation Schedule: Monday to Friday. Two Shifts Availiable. 10 PM EST to 6 AM EST. 6 AM EST to 2 PM EST. Compensation: $500 per month. $125 a week.
