Experienced Python AI/ML & GenAI Developer – Daily Live Development & Mentoring

We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML & GenAI Developer who can work with us on a part-time, daily basis. This is a live development + mentoring role. During our scheduled 1-hour session, you will work on the assigned task live on your system while we are connected, and explain what you are doing as you develop. The goal is not simply to receive completed source code. I want to learn and understand the implementation while the task is being developed. Daily Working Session You need to connect with me for 1 hour every day at one of these preferred times: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM IST 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST During this 1-hour session: I will provide/discuss the task. You will work on the task live during the meeting. You will share your screen and develop on your system. You will explain what you are doing while writing the code. You will explain the logic, architecture, functions, APIs, and technical decisions. We can discuss questions and problems immediately while developing. The task should be progressed/completed during the scheduled session as much as reasonably possible. After the session, you will share/push the source code through Git, so I can take the code and implement it in my environment. Important Requirement You must be comfortable coding live while connected with me. This is not a role where you independently complete the task first and then send me the code. The expected workflow is: Task Discussion → Live Coding → Explanation → Testing → Git Commit/Source Code → My Integration You should be able to explain each important step while you are implementing it. Type of Tasks The tasks will come from another client's ongoing project. They will generally be small development tasks that need to be completed one by one. Tasks may involve: Python AI/ML Generative AI LLM integration RAG GraphQl LangChain LangGraph AI Agents / Agentic AI APIs FastAPI Vector databases Prompt engineering Data processing Existing code modifications Bug fixing and optimization The exact task will vary depending on the client's requirements. Required Skills Strong practical experience with: Python AI/ML Generative AI LLMs LangChain LangGraph RAG GraphQl AI Agents / Agentic AI Vector Databases FastAPI REST APIs Git/GitHub OpenAI or other LLM APIs Prompt Engineering Please Include in Your Proposal Total years of Python experience Total years of AI/ML/GenAI experience Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG and AI Agents 2–3 relevant projects you have worked on Your preferred time: 12–1 PM IST or 4–5 PM IST Hourly rate GitHub/portfolio, if available Confirm that you are comfortable with live coding and explaining the implementation during the daily 1-hour session Please apply only if you are comfortable working and teaching through live development sessions.
