We're looking for one developer to take full ownership of our web application which is already in production and growing. You'll manage architecture, features, deploys, bugs, technical calls. STACK Laravel (PHP) backend. Blade server-rendered frontend with Alpine.js and Tailwind — no React, no Vue, no separate JS framework. Hosted on AWS. THE NON-NEGOTIABLE PART You must already be building with AI at a deep level. Pasting code into ChatGPT is not what we mean. We mean: - Claude Code (or equivalent) as your daily driver, not an occasional helper - Writing and maintaining Skills, CLAUDE.md and project instructions so agents produce consistent, on-standard code - Building and wiring up MCP servers to connect agents to real systems and data - Designing dynamic, multi-step agent workflows — subagents, parallel execution, verification passes - Knowing exactly where AI output can't be trusted, and reviewing accordingly Speed is the point. The right person ships more in a week than a small team does, because they've built the tooling that does the heavy lifting.
