Fields Redaction in Video MP4

I have an MP4 that shows lines of sensitive code as a text overlay. I need every instance of that overlay blocked out so the code is never readable. The simplest approach is fine: place a solid “REDACTED” bar that fully covers the text on every frame where it appears...
