Freelance AI Developer – Build Autonomous Claude Code Sales Agent & Prospecting Engine **About the role** We're a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced AI developer to build a fully autonomous sales agent on Claude Code. It needs to handle the entire outbound loop: ICP research, lead generation, deep prospect analysis, personalized outreach, CRM work, and booking calls. This is not a chatbot or simple prompt project. We want a production-grade agentic system that runs real workflows end to end. **What you'll build** - Define and operationalize our ICP and ideal buyer personas, then target across industries. - Build a prospecting tool that crawls, scrapes, and identifies target companies. - Run competitive analysis: map the three to four biggest competitors, assess organic visibility, ranking trajectory, weakest positions, SEO performance, and revenue attribution. - Detect conversion leakage and competitor leakage. - Generate a tailored outreach strategy and execute multi-touch sequences (email and other channels) with follow-ups. - Integrate with our CRM for reading, writing, and updating records. - Book qualified calls to review the analysis the agent prepared. - Orchestrate sub-agents or skills for research, scoring, copy, and CRM updates. **Required experience** - Heavy hands-on work with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, skills, sub-agents, and MCP servers. - Building autonomous agents that do tool use, scraping, enrichment, and multi-step reasoning. - API integrations for CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), email sending, and data providers. - Python or TypeScript for orchestration and custom tools. - Prior work on GTM or sales automation systems is a strong plus. **Nice to have** - Experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment stacks. - Knowledge of SEO analysis tools and competitive intelligence. - Familiarity with n8n, Make, or custom workflow automation. **Deliverables** Working agent that takes a target list or ICP, produces scored prospects with full analysis, runs outreach, updates the CRM, and schedules calls. Clean documentation and the ability to iterate quickly. **Timeline** Immediate start. We want this live fast.
