Front end mobile development & some help with a wordpress site

I have a capable back end dev but I need to speed up the project by onboarding some front end help. I need designs implemented exactly the way I have them. I want this project to be submitted asap so I am looking for someone who has significant space opened in their calendar over the next 2-3 weeks. I would also like some help with a couple things that are tripping me up in wordpress, like making the html block display larger than it currently is: some specific tasks like that on an existing website.
