Full Stack AI developer for AI powered platform

We are developing an AI-native service operations platform that automates the full field-service lifecycle. The AI powered operations platform covers complete field services life cycle. We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack AI Developer to continue expanding the production platform across backend services, React workflows, AI/LLM features and integrations. This is not a chatbot or proof-of-concept project. The work involves integrating AI into a real production application with users, business data, authentication, background processing and external APIs. Core Responsibilities - Build and maintain backend services using Python and Django - Develop frontend workflows using React - Integrate OpenAI, Claude and other LLM capabilities - Build AI agents and multi-step AI workflows - Implement RAG for document retrieval and grounded responses - Develop conversational document-generation and structured AI workflows - Connect AI features to PostgreSQL, internal services and third-party APIs - Build asynchronous processing with Celery and Redis - Support OCR/document-processing functionality - Improve retries, validation, logging and production reliability - Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access - Test, debug and productionize full-stack AI features - AI / LLM Scope Current and planned capabilities include: - Conversational document generation - RAG and contextual document search - AI agents with tool/API calling - Structured data extraction and generation - Human-in-the-loop workflows - Multi-model LLM integration - Context management, fallbacks and validation - Cost, latency and reliability optimization The goal is to build reliable AI functionality inside the existing product rather than standalone demos. Current Technology Stack Python, Django, React, PostgreSQL, Claude/LLM APIs, LangChain, RAG, Celery, Redis, RapidOCR, Keycloak, REST APIs, Stripe, AWS S3 and Git. Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with several of the following: Full-Stack Development, Python, Django, React, AI App Development, LLM Integration, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, background processing, authentication/authorization and production SaaS development. Experience with OCR, document intelligence, AWS, Stripe, Redis, Celery or Keycloak is a plus.
