Full-Stack Developer for Client Portal

AI consulting agency seeking a developer to build a client-facing portal for managing AI agents. The platform will support multi-tenancy, encrypted credential storage, role-based access, and usage billing. Agent runtimes are already in place; this role focuses on the platform layer around them. You should be comfortable working independently, following an existing architecture, and collaborating with a UTC-3 lead. This is a contract role, 30–40 hours per week, with potential for contract-to-hire. US/LatAm overlap is preferred.
