Full Stack Developer Needed for React/Node.js App Improvements

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to make targeted performance, authentication, and UI improvements to an existing web application. Tech Stack: React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Git/GitHub Scope - API Optimization: Optimize two data-fetching endpoints, reduce unnecessary payloads, and improve MongoDB query performance. - JWT Fix: Resolve an edge case in the refresh-token flow that occasionally forces users to log in again after inactivity. - UI Refactoring: Refactor the analytics dashboard to reduce prop-drilling and use Redux/Redux slices where appropriate. - Test changes and ensure existing functionality is not affected. - Commit clean, maintainable code to GitHub. Ideal Candidate - Strong React.js and Node.js experience - Good understanding of MongoDB and REST APIs - Experience with JWT authentication and Redux - Comfortable working independently in an existing codebase
