Full-Stack Developer Needed – SaaS Web Platform + Mobile App

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or small development team to help build a new SaaS management platform for the hospitality industry. The project will consist of a web-based management platform and a connected mobile application (iOS & Android). The platform will be modular, with different areas of the business managed from one centralized system. It will support multiple businesses/locations, departments, users, roles and permission levels. Initial Scope The first phase will include: SaaS web application Mobile application for iOS & Android Multi-company / multi-location architecture User accounts and authentication Different user roles and permission levels Management dashboard Modular system architecture Task and workflow management Notifications Document/file management Reporting and analytics API integrations with external platforms Admin/back-office area Scalable database architecture The architecture should allow additional modules, integrations and AI capabilities to be introduced progressively. Preferred Experience We are looking for someone with experience in: Building SaaS platforms from scratch React / Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks Node.js, Python or similar backend technologies PostgreSQL or similar relational databases React Native / Flutter for mobile development REST APIs / webhooks / third-party integrations Role-based access control Multi-tenant SaaS architecture Dashboard and reporting systems Cloud infrastructure Secure and scalable application architecture Experience developing ERP, CRM, hospitality, restaurant management, workforce management or business operations software would be a strong advantage. What We Already Have The business concept, industry requirements and initial product structure are already defined. We are looking for a developer who can help translate these requirements into a well-structured technical product, beginning with an MVP and developing the platform progressively.
