Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build Incident Ticketing & Escalation Portal

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build an Incident Ticketing & Escalation Portal as a module within our existing Admin Portal. The system will allow employees across departments to report, track, and resolve incidents through a simple ticketing workflow. Key Features Incident/ticket creation from the existing Admin Portal Incident type → automatic severity, owner, backup & SLA assignment Unique ticket IDs Ticket lifecycle: Open → Acknowledged → In Progress → Resolved → Closed SLA timers, due dates & automatic escalation when SLAs are breached Email notifications and alerts Comments and complete ticket history/audit trail Live dashboard with filtering by department, severity, status, etc. Reporting & analytics for resolution time, SLA compliance, incident volume, etc. Role-based access and permissions Integration with the existing Admin Portal The system will be based on an existing escalation matrix containing 168 incident scenarios, which will be converted into configurable incident types and routing rules.
