Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build Qari Courier MVP Qari is building a modern on-demand services platform, starting with courier services as our first launch product. We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented full-stack developer to build our Courier MVP across the required mobile and web interfaces. This is an execution-focused project. The product flows, UI designs, specifications and development structure are already being prepared. You will not be starting from an empty brief or expected to figure out the product from scratch. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is highly competent in frontend and backend development Pays close attention to UI/UX details Can accurately translate designs into a polished product Communicates clearly and consistently Can work independently and solve problems Delivers on agreed timelines Is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development Takes ownership of the quality of their work You don't need to be a senior engineer with 10+ years of experience. We care more about intelligence, ability, attention to detail, speed and quality of execution. Product The initial product is Qari Courier MVP, consisting of the customer mobile app and rider app with supporting web applications for partners, agents and admin. Development will be structured into clear milestones, with each capability implemented across the platforms where it is actually required. The UI designs are already available and will be provided as development references. Development Structure The MVP will be developed around these major areas: Onboarding & Authentication Wallet Payments Orders & Dispatch Notifications User & Account Management Partner & Rider Management Analytics & Reporting Admin & Operations Testing, Deployment & App Store Launch Development can move in parallel when external dependencies are pending. Paid Technical Test Before selecting the developer for the full project, we will conduct a small paid technical test. The test will involve building one complete courier flow: Home → Create Order → Pickup & Destination → Price Calculation → Create Order ID → Tracking Screen. This is intentionally a small vertical slice so we can evaluate both your frontend and backend capability, your understanding of product flow, your attention to detail and your ability to work with the provided design. The strongest candidate from the test will be considered for the full MVP project. Budget & Timeline Full MVP: $1,000 fixed price Technical test: $12 paid test We expect the MVP to be developed efficiently, with the exact timeline agreed with the selected developer based on their proposed approach and availability. The frontend should feel modern, polished and responsive, with smooth interactions, thoughtful transitions and close attention to the provided designs. The backend should be reliable, secure, scalable and well-structured, with proper handling of data, APIs, transactions and errors.
