Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

We are seeking an experienced, disciplined Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for MindMatch Learning, an enterprise-grade educational and clinical software framework. The product leverages the behavioral science principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Stimulus Equivalence to program automated Match-to-Sample (MTS) learning arrays. The product architecture is thoroughly mapped out. We have already generated the core product requirements documents (PRD), explicit database schemas, row-level security (RLS) policies, serialization engines, and frontend React boilerplates. We need a talented developer to assemble these components into a functioning deployment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble a single-file, zero-dependency offline creator dashboard tool (index.html) using React and Tailwind CSS that utilizes local browser cache memory (localStorage). - Build a stateless client-side binary data compression engine (Base64) to pack complex multi-node lesson structures directly into scannable student QR codes. - Configure and deploy our multi-tenant online database instance using Supabase, implementing strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies across four targeted account profiles (Research Labs, ABA Clinics, School Districts, and Consumer Parents). - Connect secure Stripe payment webhook controllers to automatically handle monthly subscription tier tracking and upgrade user profiles inside the database rows. - Ensure strict multi-device compatibility, performance optimization, and testing parameters for legacy classroom hardware (e.g., historical school iPads running older Safari web engines). Required Technical Skillset: - Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React.js, vanilla JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5 Canvas manipulation APIs, and native web browser Speech Synthesis/Text-to-Speech pipelines. - Backend & Database: Strong expertise in Supabase, PostgreSQL, building secure custom database functions, and writing bulletproof Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. - Integrations: Direct experience building and testing serverless Stripe API payment webhook workflows. - Testing: Experience writing robust automated testing suites (e.g., Jest) to validate data structures across complex edge-case character sets (UTF-8, multi-lingual scripts, emojis). Project Structure & Deliverables: - Deliverable 1: A downloadable static .zip folder archive containing our localized, offline workspace dashboard optimized for distribution on marketplaces like Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). - Deliverable 2: A fully deployed, responsive cloud-database platform separating our multi-tenant user portals with clean analytics dashboards. - Deliverable 3: Clean, fully documented GitHub repository architecture containing unit testing configurations for ongoing updates.
