Healthcare IT Workflow Automation Specialist

I need someone to help me think through the workflows of mental health agencies, specifically their revenue cycle automation. I would like to automate the administrative work between the therapy session and the payment, without replacing the practice's existing EHR and also sit on top of the systems they already use. I need someone to help me think through the technicalities of automating the process, given that mental-health practices still spend much human labor on revenue-cycle work despite having modern EHRs and patient portals.
