Help Me Set Up My App So I Can Build It with AI (Claude Code)

I’m building a Next.js SaaS app and I’ll develop it myself with Claude Code on the web. I’m not a developer. I need an experienced dev to set up the full foundation so I can connect Claude Code and start building. The project will grow, so there’s potential for more work later. Scope: GitHub: private repo with staging and main branches. Pushes to staging deploy automatically; production deploys only when I trigger them manually. AWS: hosting for the Next.js app, with staging and production on separate subdomains of my domain, HTTPS on both, and staging password-protected. Database: Postgres with automated backups. Google Cloud Console: project setup, OAuth consent screen, Google sign-in, and a working connection to the Google Ads API and GA4 Data API, with data pulled and stored in the database. MCP: a hosted MCP server connected to my own Claude account as a custom connector, with read-only access to all data in the database. It must use a read-only database user and require authentication so only I can connect. Claude Code handover: Claude Code connected to the repo, with a CLAUDE.md file and simple docs explaining the setup, so Claude understands the project in every session. Walkthrough: a short call or recording showing me how to deploy to staging and production.
