Assign confidence scores. Identify missing photo coverage. Generate standardized repair items. Estimate affected quantities where reasonably possible. Match repairs against your national repair-cost database. Calculate low / expected / high rehab estimates. Return everything through structured JSON/API. The most important part is that your pricing database controls the dollar amount, not the AI.
