Joomla developer needed for some simple fixes

Looking for a Joomla developer to tighten up my security on a website that has been hacked. Need to update PHP, find and remove the malicious code, patch the vulnerability, reinstall Joomla Core, and update or remove extensions, plugins, and templates to their latest versions. I'd also like to delete unused extensions, as well as harden my site against hackers.
