Migrate Two Websites from GoHighLevel to Next.js + Vercel (1:1 Rebuild)

We're looking for an experienced web developer to migrate two small business websites off GoHighLevel (GHL) and rebuild them on Next.js (App Router) + Tailwind + TypeScript, hosted on Vercel. Project overview: Site 1: 9 pages rebuilt 1:1 (no redesign), 14 redirect rules, GHL forms embedded via iframe, a custom AI chat widget, GTM and other tracking scripts, DNS cutover. Site 2: 4 pages rebuilt 1:1, ~43 redirect rules (including pattern-based redirects), newsletter embeds, JSON-LD structured data, DNS cutover. Both rebuilds include correcting a documented list of existing errors (broken links, wrong meta titles, legacy navigation). Detailed scope documents with page inventories, redirect maps, integration specs, and acceptance criteria are ready and will be shared with shortlisted candidates for quoting. Required experience: Next.js + Vercel — production deployments, App Router, redirects, custom domains, DNS cutovers. Front-end development — pixel-accurate rebuilds from an existing live site, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, responsive QA. SEO fundamentals — 301 redirects, canonical tags, sitemaps, structured data. Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus — you'll be extracting content and embedding its forms, not building in it.
