NestJS API returns 500 on GET /orders after deploy

We have a NestJS + Postgres API. After the last deploy, GET /orders returns 500 for logged-in users. Auth and other routes still work. Happens on staging with a small dataset. Need a root-cause fix, not a rewrite. Done when: 1. /orders returns the list for a valid JWT again 2. Error is handled cleanly if the query fails 3. Short note: what broke and what changed Stack: NestJS, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres. Staging .env example included. I will share a zip of the project after hire.
