Next.js Developer for Website Build

I’m looking for a Next.js developer who already owns a Tailwind Plus license to build my 5-page company website using the “Studio” template. The design should remain exactly as provided, and the final deliverable must be a private GitHub repository. This is a fixed-price project with a budget of $200 and a 5-day delivery timeline.
