Required Python code for trading using REST/WEBSOCKET to trade with broker

I want a python coder with experience or API integration for trading. I have strategy and want to automate it using python code using REST/WEBSOCKET API with the Indian broker. Code should calculate strategy entry exit using historical data, downloaded using API of broker, download live data and calculate entry exit, manage expiry of instrument of trading and also handle risk.
