Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full stack Engineer to spearhead the development and maintenance of our modern web applications and AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between sophisticated back-end infrastructure and intuitive front-end user experiences. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks to build scalable distributed systems and intelligent automation tools that drive real-world business value for our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies. - Design and implement efficient REST APIs and backend services utilizing FastAPI and PostgreSQL. - Translate complex product requirements into clean, maintainable, and high-performance code. - Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Svelte 5 (Runes). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and automation workflows into existing platform architectures. - Ensure application performance and reliability by managing asynchronous tasks and distributed system components. - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively translating technical concepts into business solutions through fluent English communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience in end-to-end Full Stack development. - Deep expertise in Python, specifically with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic. - Proven ability to handle high-concurrency tasks using Async Python (asyncio). - Strong proficiency in database design and management using PostgreSQL. - Advanced experience with modern frontend stacks, including React, TypeScript, and Svelte 5 (Runes). - Strong understanding of REST API architecture and the nuances of distributed systems. - Fluent in English with a track record of successful client-facing project delivery. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI Platforms or AI Agents. - Experience with workflow automation tools and integrating LLMs or machine learning pipelines into production environments. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, international, or consultancy-style environment.
