Senior Product UI/UX Designer + React Developer for Final SaaS Polish

CrewD is a fully built construction hiring marketplace that is close to launch. The core product and user flows are already complete and are going through a final QA/regression pass now. Once that is finished, I’m looking for a senior product UI/UX designer who can also work directly in React/Tailwind to complete a focused final polish pass across the platform. This is not a redesign or rebuild. I want someone with strong product judgment who can take what is already there and make it feel more consistent, premium, responsive and launch-ready. The main areas I want reviewed and refined are: * typography and visual hierarchy * spacing, alignment and overall layout consistency * buttons, cards, tabs, forms, modals and other shared components * mobile and desktop responsiveness * empty, loading, error and status states * consistency between Tradie and Employer experiences * general usability and visual polish across the main user journeys The highest-priority areas are the Tradie profile/Crew Card, Employer Find Tradies, Employer dashboard/jobs, Tradie jobs/applications/offers, and signup/onboarding. I’m looking for someone who can first review the live product and provide a short prioritised punch list, then implement the agreed high-impact improvements directly in the existing codebase. Tech stack: * React * Tailwind CSS * Supabase * Vite Important: * no major redesign * no new product features * preserve existing functionality and flows * work within the current design direction and component system * strong attention to responsive/mobile UI * must be comfortable implementing changes, not just supplying Figma designs The visual direction is clean, minimal and product led, closer to the restraint and consistency of products like Airbnb/Uber than a typical construction website. Please include examples of SaaS, marketplace or consumer product interfaces you have polished or improved, ideally where you also handled the frontend implementation. I’m looking for a focused final pass rather than an open-ended engagement, and would prefer to agree on a fixed scope and price after reviewing the product.
