SEO Specialist — Drive Real Keyword Rankings (Performance-Based)

We're a bookkeeping and financial visibility company serving e-commerce and startup founders. We're looking for an experienced SEO specialist to take ownership of our organic search strategy and drive measurable ranking improvements. We have an existing keyword list, several terms already sitting in the 40-60 position range, and a clear content foundation to build from. We want to see our target keywords move up significantly — ideally onto page 1-2 of Google — with clear, trackable progress every month, not just a list of tasks completed. If hired, one of your first jobs will be helping us set specific, realistic ranking targets based on our current keyword positions, so we both know exactly what success looks like.
