Tech Manager for Lovable App

I have a live AI coaching web app with a few dozen paying members. It works, people use it daily, and it was built fast in Lovable. I am not an engineer, so I am the one fixing everything, and I want that off my desk. You would handle the day to day: diagnose and fix bugs properly rather than hand them back, pick up technical support tickets and close the loop with the member, test the core flows every week in a real signed-in account so problems get found before members hit them, and build the small features I spec. The stack is TypeScript, React and Tailwind on TanStack Start, a managed Postgres backend with row-level security and serverless edge functions, the Anthropic API for the AI, and membership billing wired in by webhook. Everything is built and deployed through Lovable, so you work inside an existing codebase through that tooling rather than a local dev server. This is a web app, not mobile. You would not write any of the AI prompts or the coaching content. Async, one short written update a week. Around 5 hours a week to start with additional approved hours for feature work.
