Website Transfer and Rebuild

I currently own theengineerbarbershop.com and have the full website code from a previous developer who did not complete the project. I need help transferring the website to a new domain and integrating the existing code, or rebuilding a similar version of the site if needed. The goal is to get a functional website up and running on the new domain while preserving the current design and structure as much as possible.
