Overview QuoteMaestro is an insurance lead generation platform looking for a technically proficient WordPress Developer & Technical SEO Specialist. We handle the top-level strategy, ad campaigns, and written content in-house; we need you to handle the code, site health, landing pages, and API/webhook tracking integrations. This is not an entry-level virtual assistant or basic drag-and-drop builder position. You will write clean HTML/CSS/JS, hook up custom multi-step forms via WordPress endpoints (admin-post.php / WP REST API) or server-side cURL/wp_remote_post() directly to LeadProsper, and implement dynamic call routing scripts with Ringba. Key Responsibilities Custom WordPress Development & UI/UX: Build, maintain, and optimize lightweight, responsive templates and landing pages (custom themes, child themes, or hybrid builders) with clean code and minimal plugin bloat to ensure fast Core Web Vitals. Custom Form Submissions & LeadProsper API: Build custom multi-step / progressive lead gen forms with client-side validation. Route form submissions server-side (via WP REST API or custom hooks) to the LeadProsper Ingestion API / Webhook using JSON payloads or url-encoded form posts. Handle API response statuses, error catching, and custom redirect logic (thank-you pages, dynamic qualification paths). Capture and append tracking parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid, referrer) into hidden form fields and push them cleanly to LeadProsper. Ringba Call Tracking & DNI Implementation: Embed Ringba tracking JavaScript snippets across global headers and individual campaign pages. Implement Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) targeting specific spans/classes/tel links. Configure custom URL parameters and ensure proper tag firing across desktop and click-to-call mobile CTAs. Technical & On-Page SEO: we are using AI to generate content and we have already have flow to publish daily weekly post, we need someone to review our existtibng posts and give us recommendation how we can improve current blogs. and also we need someone that can familiarize with our claude flow quickly and take over publishing post Implement technical audit fixes: structured data/schema markup (InsuranceAgency, FinancialProduct, FAQPage), sitemap configurations, canonical tags, and internal link architecture. Diagnose and fix crawl errors, redirect loops, and rendering issues. Analytics & Tag Management: Maintain clean Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers with custom dataLayer.push() triggers for form submits, drop-offs, and call clicks. Verify conversion firing into GA4 and ad platforms. Required Qualifications & Technical Stack WordPress Core & Coding: Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (vanilla JS & modern fetch/async APIs), HTML5, and CSS/SCSS. Direct experience creating custom page templates and handling WP hooks/filters. API / Webhook Integration: Proven track record posting form payloads to 3rd-party lead management systems (specifically LeadProsper, or direct ping/post platforms) using server-side POST requests (wp_remote_post() / cURL) to protect API keys. Call Tracking: Direct experience deploying Ringba (pool setups, DNI tag mapping, ring tree attribution parameters). Speed & Performance: Practical experience optimizing sites for Google PageSpeed Insights / Core Web Vitals (caching, script deferral, asset minification). Version Control & Best Practices: Familiarity with staging environments, Git (preferred), child theme standards, and secure coding practices (nonce verification, data sanitization/escaping).
