WordPress migration and content refresh for a US manufacturer's website (fixed scope)

We are a US home-goods manufacturer. Our existing WordPress site needs to be moved to a managed WordPress host and refreshed with new, already-written copy. We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer, comfortable hand-editing HTML, CSS and PHP, for a short, well-defined project. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Move the current WordPress site to a managed host. Verify every page, image and form after the move. 2. Connect the domain by updating DNS records only. Our business email runs on a separate service, so existing email DNS records must not change. 3. Update or replace out-of-date plugins and theme. Remove unused plugins, themes and admin accounts. Enforce two-factor sign-in for admins. 4. Add the supplied page copy to existing and new pages and fix outdated facts per a checklist. 5. Build a Request a Quote page with a form, spam protection and delivery to a shared inbox, with Request a Quote buttons across the site. 6. SEO and AI-search setup: page titles and meta descriptions, one H1 per page, image alt text, supplied structured data (JSON-LD), robots.txt, XML sitemap submitted to Google and Bing. 7. Speed basics: image compression, fonts and caching. 8. Hand back all logins, a short change log and a short walkthrough video. Copy, checklist and account access are provided after hire (under NDA). Please do not request logins before the contract starts. Deliverables and timing: all items above completed within 2-3 weeks of access. Fixed price preferred; please quote total hours and price. Requirements: 3+ years of WordPress work, strong HTML/CSS/PHP skills (theme and template edits, custom code), at least one completed migration to a managed host, experience with DNS changes that keep business email working, working knowledge of schema markup and Google Search Console. English communication and US time-zone overlap for a kickoff call.
