Write a scraper that outputs a CSV

Given a public directory listing page I will specify, pull the name, URL, and category of every entry across all pagination and write it to a CSV. Python or Node, your choice. Deliverable is the script plus the CSV it produced. It should handle a page that fails to load rather than dying halfway through.
