YouTube Shorts Live Setup

I’m ready to start broadcasting on YouTube Shorts but I’m stuck on the initial setup. My goal is to go live through PS5 from my laptop or PC as soon as possible, so I need someone who can walk me through every technical step and make sure the stream actually starts without hiccups...
