AI Engineer / Python AI Agent Developer for SaaS Product

We are looking for an experienced **AI Engineer / Python Developer** to help build and launch a scalable AI-powered SaaS product from concept to production. You will work closely with our team to design the architecture, develop the core product, integrate AI capabilities, and build intelligent **AI agents and automation workflows** that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with **Python, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, and SaaS application development**, with the ability to take an idea from an early concept through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop AI-powered SaaS features using **Python and modern AI frameworks** * Build and integrate **AI Agents** capable of reasoning, tool usage, automation, and multi-step workflows * Develop LLM-powered features using **OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models** * Implement **RAG pipelines**, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge-based AI systems * Build reliable backend services and APIs using **FastAPI / REST APIs** * Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and business workflows * Design scalable and maintainable SaaS architecture * Develop automation workflows for repetitive business processes * Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, cost, and scalability * Work with the team throughout the complete product lifecycle, from **prototype/MVP to production** * Test, monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI features **Required Skills** * Strong **Python** development experience * Experience building **AI Agents / Agentic AI systems** * Strong understanding of **LLMs and Generative AI** * Experience with **RAG, embeddings, and vector databases** * Experience with **LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks** * Experience with **FastAPI and REST APIs** * Experience integrating third-party APIs and services * Understanding of databases such as **PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis** * Experience developing or contributing to **SaaS products** * Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable application architecture * Strong problem-solving and product development skills **Nice to Have** * Experience with **n8n, Make, Zapier, or AI automation platforms** * Experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration * Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP * Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, and production optimization This is a **long-term opportunity** for an engineer who can take ownership of AI development, contribute to product decisions, and help turn ideas into a reliable, production-ready SaaS platform.
