AI Engineer / RAG & AI Agent Developer for LegalTech

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build an AI-powered automation system for a legal business with an existing database of clients, cases, documents, and communications. The goal is to use RAG, LLMs, and AI Agents to turn our existing data into an intelligent system that can retrieve relevant information, understand case context, and automate routine legal workflows. Key Tasks Connect AI to our existing client/case database and CRM Build a secure RAG pipeline for legal documents and historical data Develop AI Agents for client intelligence, case assistance, document analysis, and workflow automation Implement semantic search, document processing, and structured data extraction Integrate AI with existing APIs and business systems Ensure reliable answers, data isolation, and minimal hallucinations Tech Stack Python, OpenAI/LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Vector Search, OCR, REST APIs. LegalTech experience is a strong plus. We are looking for someone with production experience building RAG systems and AI Agents, not just ChatGPT prototypes.
