AI / Machine Learning Engineer – AgTech

We are an early-stage AgTech startup developing an AI-driven system designed to better understand plant behavior, growth, and stress. We are looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help us develop the first stage of our AI technology. The role will involve working closely with our team and agricultural experts to evaluate existing data, determine what can realistically be achieved with it, and develop an initial predictive AI model. What we're looking for Strong machine learning / deep learning experience Python Predictive modeling Time-series modeling Experience building and validating models using real-world data PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in AgTech, plant science, biological modeling, environmental systems, or similar fields is a significant advantage. We are looking for someone who can contribute not only as a developer, but also help us determine the right technical approach and realistic capabilities of the model. This is an initial project with the potential to develop into a long-term collaboration as the technology progresses.
