MeTok is a personalized wellbeing platform designed to make daily health and lifestyle check-ins simple, accessible, and meaningful. Through WhatsApp, users complete a Quick Scan by sharing a current selfie and a short voice note. This removes the need for complicated forms or separate applications and allows users to check in naturally as part of their daily routine.
The selfie is analyzed for visible skin and facial signals such as redness, dryness, texture, pores, breakouts, dark circles, eye bags, and facial tension. The voice note provides acoustic signals related to energy, vocal tension, pauses, and expression, while also capturing relevant self-reported context. Together, these signals contribute to MeTok’s internal models for sleep, stress, fatigue, mood, and skin condition.
Every scan is evaluated against the user’s own historical baseline rather than a general population standard. This allows MeTok to identify changes that are personally noticeable for that individual. The baseline becomes richer and more dependable with every valid scan, helping the system distinguish meaningful movement from normal day-to-day variation. Reliability checks ensure that weak, incompatible, or unsupported changes are not presented as confident findings.
MeTok communicates results through several reward experiences. Insights highlight the strongest reliable change and connect it with an aligned driver when evidence supports that connection. Comparisons place two genuine scans side by side to show visible changes over time. Correlations identify repeated relationships across multiple check-ins, while Plans provide structured and practical actions when stronger wellbeing concerns are detected.
When the reason behind an observation is unclear, MeTok can ask a focused follow-up question. The answer may provide context about an upcoming event, workload, routine change, travel, sleep environment, or another relevant circumstance. This context can personalize the wording and recommendation, but it is never treated as measured proof. MeTok uses cautious language and avoids presenting a possible relationship as a confirmed cause.
Positive results reinforce routines and rhythms that appear to be supporting the user. Attention results provide one specific and understandable next action without criticism or alarming language. Recommendations are designed to be practical, supportive, and relevant to the user’s current situation. MeTok does not diagnose medical conditions or replace professional healthcare advice.
MeTok also supports proactive environmental guidance through its UV system. With the user’s consented approximate location, it can evaluate upcoming ambient UV conditions and send timely sun-protection warnings. Warning intensity reflects the UV level, while a stabilized broad skin-tone profile can help make the wording more personally relevant without reducing the minimum protection guidance.
UV-aware redness comparisons can compare real retained selfies alongside the ambient UV context recorded for each scan. These comparisons qualify only when the redness change and UV direction align, but they never claim that UV caused the visible result. MeTok may also calculate an internal UV-time exposure proxy using reported outdoor time and hourly ambient UV values. This value remains internal and is not presented as measured UV dose, skin damage, or safe exposure time.
Over time, MeTok can evaluate whether reported outdoor UV context repeatedly aligns with changes in skin redness. These personal correlations require sufficient history, variation, statistical strength, and stability before they can be shown. Exact exposure values, location information, transcripts, and internal calculations are kept outside user-facing copy.
Privacy and reliability are central to the system. Sensitive information is sanitized before reaching reward prompts, temporary conversational content follows defined deletion rules, and historical evidence is protected by versioned contracts and retention controls. Optional functionality is designed to fail safely without interrupting the underlying Quick Scan.
MeTok’s purpose is to help users notice, understand, and respond to changes in their wellbeing through an experience that feels personal rather than clinical. By combining consistent scanning, personal baselines, responsible AI interpretation, environmental context, and practical recommendations, MeTok turns everyday check-ins into a clearer picture of how the user’s routines and circumstances may be affecting them.
