Archiving Web Links for Offline Use

I have a list of 7,002 saved links that I want downloaded and archived so I can browse them offline. I'll send the list as a CSV with two columns, id and url: id,url L00001,https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPkXETQE3BM/...
