# AI Automation Specialist – Fix Invoicing Issues & Build Fast Automations We are looking for an experienced **AI Automation Specialist** who can quickly identify and fix invoicing workflow issues and build reliable automations using modern AI and automation tools. This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can understand an existing process, find the problem, and implement a working solution quickly without overcomplicating it. ## What You’ll Do * Troubleshoot and fix invoicing automation problems * Automate invoice creation, processing, tracking, approvals, and follow-ups * Connect different applications and systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools * Build AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work * Diagnose failed automations and repair them quickly * Improve existing workflows for speed, reliability, and simplicity * Document what was changed so our team can maintain it ## Tools / Experience We’re Looking For Experience with several of the following: * Make.com * Zapier * n8n * Microsoft Power Automate * OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs * Claude or other AI APIs * REST APIs and webhooks * QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, or other invoicing/accounting platforms * Excel / Google Sheets automation * CRM and ERP integrations * Python or JavaScript for custom automation when needed ## What We Care About Most We are looking for someone who is: * Fast at troubleshooting * Strong at figuring out unfamiliar systems * Practical and solution-focused * Able to work independently * Good at choosing the simplest tool for the job * Able to deliver working results quickly rather than spending excessive time planning This could turn into ongoing work as we have additional business processes that we want to automate using AI. ## When Applying Please include: 1.
