Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

WORK SHIFT: AS PER MALAYSIA LOCAL TIME We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Azure environments. This role is focused on designing, automating, securing, and managing cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and automation practices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Windows workloads, and PowerShell automation. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure networking is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure. • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. • Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub. • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server workloads in Azure. • Manage VM patching, maintenance, and lifecycle activities. • Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Shell scripting, or Python. • Deploy and administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. • Manage Azure monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, governance, and cost optimization. • Support Azure networking, including VNets, NSGs, routing, VPN, and private connectivity. • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve infrastructure reliability.
