Build a Modern MVP Landing Page (Next.js Preferred) for Market Validation

I'm looking for an experienced frontend developer to build a clean, modern, mobile-first MVP landing page for a startup idea. The goal is market validation, not building a complete product. I value simplicity, speed, and a great user experience. Requirements: Modern, conversion-focused landing page Mobile responsive Multi-step survey integrated into the landing page (not a separate survey page) Survey responses collected using Google Forms (or another free solution) Email collection through the survey Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager integration SEO-friendly Fast loading Hosted on my existing DigitalOcean server Next.js is preferred, but I'm open to better suggestions if you can explain the advantages. I already provide: Branding Logo Color palette Content Design references/inspiration Important: I want to avoid recurring monthly costs and unnecessary third-party services such as Typeform, Tally, Mailchimp, etc. For this MVP, free solutions are completely sufficient. The landing page should not simply contain a button leading to a survey. Instead, visitors should immediately start the survey in a smooth, seamless multi-step experience. The code should be clean and reusable because I plan to launch additional market validation pages in the future by simply changing the branding and survey questions.
