Build Automatic Image Sorting program based off image contents

I would like a sorting program that automatically sorts and moves images based on the DeepDanbooru GUI, but based on my custom priority levels. I should be able to train it based on my dataset based on my rejections. The program should train on my current sorted images and learn from my rejections/undos before moving the files. Ideally, it would also include keyboard shortcuts and show low-quality thumbnails of each file before moving. It should be designed for large image collections and fast image loading. It should also allow uncertain predictions to be sent for manual review or put in a separate folder, rather than automatically moved. I would also like a prototype before the final product.
