CAD designer for Injection Molded Parts for biomedical components

I have a series of functional plastic components that must perform reliably both indoors and outdoors. They will be produced first by vacuum casting for pre-series runs, then by injection molding for full production, so the CAD models have to be truly manufacturing-ready from day one...
