Chatbot for University Information Retrieval

I need a chatbot that can retrieve and answer questions based on information from target university web pages. The chatbot should be able to search university websites, extract relevant details, and provide accurate responses to user inquiries. The ideal freelancer will have experience building chatbots that can process web-based information and deliver clear, reliable answers. The application is not realtime and websites can be scraped each 10-20 days and scrape interval must be configurable for each university via frontend interface. It should be customizable and highly available.
