CRM & SaaS Platform Developer Needed (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)

We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom CRM/SaaS-style system for our small business. We currently manage everything through spreadsheets and need to move to a proper, structured platform that can scale like a SaaS product over time. What we need: - A CRM with contact/lead management, pipeline stages, and basic reporting - Built with a SaaS mindset — clean data structure, role-based access, and room to add features or additional users later - Role-based access (admin vs. team member views) - Integration with our existing email tool (we can share details) - Clean, documented code — we want to be able to maintain this ourselves or hand it to another developer later Ideal skills: - React / Next.js (frontend) - Node.js / Express.js (backend) - PostgreSQL or MongoDB (database design) - REST API development - Experience building CRM or SaaS platforms specifically (not just generic websites) Nice to have: Docker/CI-CD experience, prior work migrating a business off spreadsheets into a SaaS-style system.
