Custom WordPress & ACF Pro Developer for Pixel-Perfect Website Build

CUSTOM WORDPRESS + ACF PRO DEVELOPER — PIXEL-PERFECT REBUILD FROM REFERENCES I am hiring an experienced custom WordPress developer to rebuild an existing automotive business website from reference screenshots and screen-recording videos. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a new design project. The design has already been decided. I have screenshots and videos showing the approved website/pages. Your job is to reproduce the approved reference as accurately as possible in WordPress, including layout, spacing, typography, responsive behavior, animations/interactions and overall visual appearance. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS • Custom WordPress development • ACF Pro-based content architecture • Clean custom theme/code • PHP, HTML/CSS and Vanilla JavaScript • Pixel-accurate implementation from supplied screenshots/videos • Fully responsive desktop, tablet and mobile implementation • Proper testing on real iPhone/Safari as well as major desktop browsers • No Elementor, Divi, WPBakery or other page-builder dependency • Avoid unnecessary plugins and unnecessary WordPress complexity ADMIN / ACF REQUIREMENTS The website must be manageable by a non-technical administrator through WordPress/ACF Pro without exposing controls that can accidentally break the approved design. Use an appropriate combination of structured ACF field groups, Flexible Content, Repeaters and CPTs where technically appropriate. Keep design decisions controlled by the theme rather than exposing unnecessary styling controls in the admin. ACF definitions must be portable/version-controlled (Local JSON or an equivalent maintainable approach). CUSTOM FUNCTIONALITY INCLUDES • Custom quote form • Anti-spam protection • Appropriate rate limiting/security measures • Email delivery/authentication configuration • Promotional campaign system with 18 scheduled promotions • Required popup/navigation-state behavior • Custom interactive automotive window-tint shade visualizer/selector • Required animations/transitions/interactions shown in the references TINT VISUALIZER This is an important custom component. Different tint percentages must visually affect ONLY the vehicle glass areas. The vehicle body, paint, wheels, reflections and background must remain unchanged. The implementation should use a controlled layered approach with properly aligned transparent glass overlays/masks or another technically sound glass-only solution. Do not simply apply CSS brightness/opacity/color filters to the entire vehicle image. The base vehicle image should remain unchanged while JavaScript switches/controls only the required glass layer(s). The implementation must remain correctly aligned and responsive across desktop and mobile, including actual iPhone/Safari testing. CODE QUALITY / OWNERSHIP All custom work must be delivered in readable, maintainable and unobfuscated source form. This includes all custom PHP, CSS, JavaScript, theme files, ACF definitions, custom assets, configuration and all project-specific source code. There must be: • No encrypted or intentionally obfuscated custom code • No undisclosed developer-controlled dependency • No essential component tied permanently to the developer's personal account/private system • No lock-in preventing another competent WordPress developer from maintaining the site FINAL HANDOFF MUST INCLUDE 1. Final production website deployed on my hosting and fully functional. 2. Complete Restorable Production Backup: A complete backup containing the website files, database, media, custom theme, ACF structure/data, pages/content, promotions, popup configuration, tint-selector assets/configuration and everything required to restore the completed website on a clean/new compatible hosting environment. 3. Complete Source Code / Audit Package: All custom source code and project files necessary for independent technical review and future maintenance. 4. External/Server Configuration Handoff: Documentation/configuration for any external services, email authentication, APIs, DNS/server requirements or other dependencies required for continued operation. Any essential account must be owned/controlled by the client. 5. Restore/installation instructions sufficient for another competent WordPress developer to restore and maintain the project. Delivery of a ZIP file alone does NOT constitute complete delivery. Final delivery means the live production website, complete restorable backup, complete source/audit package and required external configuration handoff have all been provided and the agreed functionality has been tested. IMPORTANT PAYMENT TERM — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: The full agreed project amount will be funded and secured through Upwork before development begins. However, no payment will be released upfront or during development. Payment will be released after the complete agreed project has been delivered, deployed to my production hosting, tested and reviewed; legitimate in-scope bugs/incomplete requirements identified during final review have been corrected; required final handoff materials have been delivered; and the project is accepted. I will complete the final review promptly and will not intentionally delay payment. If you require an upfront or partial payment before complete delivery, please DO NOT apply.
