Debug Python Discord/Playwright Bot — Inconsistent Netflix Household Confirmation

I have a Python bot running on PythonAnywhere that automates Netflix household confirmations. The bot uses Playwright/Firefox to click confirmation links sent by Netflix via email. The bot works inconsistently — it successfully confirms some emails but silently fails on others with no error or retry. I don't know the root cause.
