Developer using AI agent : APIs, ERP & Marketplace Integrations

Unexia is company building digital and e-commerce infrastructure for clients in Europe and Asia. Small team, no bureaucracy, no layers of management. Our first client for this role is a European e-commerce business selling appliance spare parts across multiple countries and marketplaces around 100,000 product references, growing toward millions through supplier integrations. The role This is not a "here's the spec, build it" job. Most of the time I'll bring you a problem, not a solution, and I'll expect you to come back with an approach before you write a line of code. Concretely, Build and maintain API integrations with suppliers (large product catalogs, inconsistent data, no clean documentation) Extend an internal ERP: stock, orders, pricing, supplier synchronization Connect new marketplaces : Amazon, Cdiscount, and others as we expand into new countries Automate whatever is currently being done by hand, and tell us what should be automated. Who actually succeeds here The person I'm looking for is a solver. When something breaks at 2pm and it's blocking orders, you dig until you find the cause instead of reporting that it's broken. When you see a process that makes no sense, you say so. When you finish a task early, you don't wait for the next one. You'll have real ownership fast and direct access to me, decisions made in minutes, your work in production the same week. That only works if you're comfortable being trusted. What you need Solid with backend language (Python & Django) (Not mandatory, but a plus.) Strong knowledge in database configuration, server management, and DevOps. Clear written English. We work async, so how you write matters more than how you speak Comfortable using Claude Code day to day (we pay for your subscription) Marketplace or ERP experience is a plus, not a requirement.
