Experienced Full-Stack Developer Needed for Client Operations & Automation Platform

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build the first phase of a client operations and workflow automation platform. The goal is to create a small but functional MVP that combines a modern web application with backend APIs, database management and workflow automation. The system should allow users to submit and manage client or lead information through a clean interface, store the data reliably and trigger automated workflows for follow-ups or internal processing. Scope of work: • Build the frontend using Next.js and React • Create a simple dashboard for viewing and managing records • Develop backend/API functionality for creating, updating and retrieving data • Integrate PostgreSQL or Supabase for data storage • Add basic validation, loading states and error handling • Connect the application with n8n through APIs or webhooks • Create at least one working automation workflow, such as a follow-up notification or status-based action • Use environment variables for credentials and configuration • Keep the code structured, maintainable and easy to extend • Provide basic setup and deployment documentation Preferred experience: • Next.js • React • TypeScript • Node.js • REST APIs and API integrations • PostgreSQL / Supabase • n8n • Webhooks • Full-stack application development • Business process automation This is a focused Phase 1 MVP, so we are not looking for an overly complex enterprise system at this stage. The priority is a clean architecture, reliable functionality and a foundation that can be expanded with additional workflows, integrations and features in future phases.
