Vacation Villas Direct LLC operates Knightstrider Villas, an Orlando vacation-villa listing and enquiry marketplace built in Base44. We require a long-term technical partner experienced in Base44, OAuth, API integrations, webhooks and short-term-rental PMS platforms. Phase one has two objectives: 1. Replace Base44-branded owner and guest authentication with a Vacation Villas Direct-branded login and Google OAuth experience. 2. Build a reusable PMS integration framework. OwnerRez and Lodgify integrations already exist and must first be audited. Hostaway and Guesty are the next priorities, followed by Hostfully, Hospitable, Beds24, Smoobu, Uplisting and other widely used PMS platforms. Knightstrider Villas is a listing and enquiry marketplace, not the merchant or booking operator. PMS systems should remain the source of truth for availability, rates and core property data. Base44 should remain the source of truth for marketplace content, owner accounts, enquiries and marketing activity. The integration must include secure credential storage, OAuth/API-key connection and revocation, listing mapping, initial and incremental synchronization, signed webhooks, idempotency, retries, reconciliation, error logging, admin monitoring and technical documentation. Please provide examples of completed Base44 applications and completed Hostaway or Guesty integrations. We will begin with a paid audit and Hostaway proof-of-concept before approving the wider project. Require an NDA, code ownership by Vacation Villas Direct, documentation, Base44 checkpoints, and no reuse of your marketplace logic.
