Expert WordPress Developer for Website Updates and Improvements

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to update and improve my business website. The site works, but it needs a professional to clean it up, make it look more modern and make sure it runs smoothly. What I need done: - Take a full backup of the website before making any changes - Update WordPress core, the theme and all plugins safely - Improve the design and layout so the site looks clean and professional - Make sure every page looks right on desktop, tablet and mobile - Check that all forms, buttons, menus and links work properly - Improve page loading speed - Set up basic SEO: page titles, meta descriptions and a sitemap - Make sure the site is secure, with a security plugin and regular backups in place - Give me a short summary of everything that was changed I'd like someone who communicates clearly, tests their work before marking it complete, and can explain things in simple terms. If this goes well, I'll need ongoing help with updates and maintenance.
