We use top AI models to ship fast, and you'll be expected to do the same. But AI code breaks, and when it does, you need to understand exactly what's going on and fix it manually. What you'll work on Improve the functionality, reliability, and usability of our existing video creation tool. Build new tools for research, ideation, scriptwriting, and every other stage of content production. Integrate AI services, third-party APIs, and automation workflows. Diagnose bugs in AI-generated code, improve performance, and keep the codebase clean and maintainable. Turn real production problems into practical technical solutions, fast. What we're looking for Strong Python skills. This is essential. Python is the core of our stack, and you need to be genuinely good at it. Speed. You deliver fast, react fast, and don't let things sit. Comfort with vibecoding, backed by real understanding. You build fast with AI, but you can read, debug, and fix every line it produces by hand. Several years of hands-on programming experience and a track record of building and maintaining working applications. The ability to navigate an existing codebase and explain your technical decisions clearly. Strong debugging skills and solid engineering judgment. A proactive mindset. You spot problems before we do, suggest improvements, and push the work forward without waiting to be told. Big advantages Experience with AI APIs (LLMs, image, voice, video generation). Video processing experience (FFmpeg, MoviePy, or similar). Workflow automation and media production tools. Understanding of YouTube and how content gets produced (a bonus, not required).
