Full-Stack Developer Needed for AI Integration (React + Node.js/MongoDB)

We're building AI-augmented enterprise web applications and need a senior Full Stack Developer (7+ years) to own features end to end - React/TypeScript front end, Node.js API, MongoDB data layer, and the LLM integration that ties it together. This is production AI work, not a chatbot demo: RAG pipelines with citations, structured outputs with schema validation, tool/function calling, agentic workflows with confirmation gates and audit trails, token streaming UIs, and eval suites that run in CI. What you'll do: Ship full-stack features: React (SSR/Next.js), Node.js APIs, MongoDB schema design and query performance Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI) as production components Build RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search (MongoDB Atlas Vector Search or pgvector), reranking Implement structured outputs, tool calling, and validation/repair logic Add guardrails: PII redaction, grounding enforcement, prompt-injection resistance Instrument cost, latency, and model fallback Meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards Must have: 5+ years production full-stack experience - TypeScript, React, Node.js MongoDB in production: schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines Real LLM API work beyond a chat wrapper - RAG, structured outputs, tool calling An evaluation practice: you can show how you measured a prompt or model change Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) - including repo context files and MCP setup Enterprise auth: OIDC/SSO, RBAC, multi-tenant isolation Testing habits: Vitest/Jest, Playwright, contract tests, axe accessibility checks Nice to have: Next.js App Router, Tailwind, Radix UI Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), streaming UIs Integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive domains
